After promoting the F3 in Spa and made the mythic come back of the 1000km of Spa, changes appear for the Racing Festival which takes part, since last year, of the supermeeting and taking particularly care of the Belgian series. The Racing Festival will be the second and last supermeeting of the season in Spa-Francorchamps.
